Oh. my. gosh. I was totally going to post tonight and now it’s after 11:00 PM and I haven’t even glanced at my computer screen. It’s summer you know. Which for us means it’s time to resume what we like to call:
Jack Bauer Power Hour
Third summer watching 24. We are on season 7 episode 6 and it is INTENSE! The conspiracy is deep within the President’s administration (of course it is), a colleague Jack thought was dead has turned terrorist (naturally), and Jack has now kidnapped a deposed prime minister. Meanwhile the President’s husband is in grave danger (is there any other kind?).
My palms are sweaty, I am hanging off the side of my couch, and we just HAVE to keep watching
ONE. MORE. EPISODE.
I can’t even take a bathroom break – but does JACK BAUER ever take a freakin’ bathroom break!?
This is not for the faint at heart. It’s going to be a long night but I’ve got to be strong. I owe it to my country.

Ha! My husband & I are die hard Bauer fanatics. When our shows end during the year, we also start watching the seasons again. You can’t not watch! No matter what time it is, you just wanna hold your eyelids open for one.more.hour lol
Season 2 is by far my fav.
Girrrrrrrrrrrrrrl! My husband and I have watched every season like that! I remember one night putting the boys to bed at 8 and by 3 AM we finally had to stop watching! That’s what I like to call addiction! LOL Enjoy! He’s amazing! Makes me proud to be an American! HA HA
Ha! I got hooked on the very last season and felt the same way as you…No pausing, no bathroom breaks, and most importantly-NO NOISE so I could concentrate! :)
LOVE LOVE LOVED 24! When it very first came out I used to watch it with my roommates and we would all be silent and glued to the tv. Then a few years ago I got my husband hooked. The first seasons were the best! I may just have to netflix some of them this week!ENJOY Bauer Power Hour lol :)

We’ve always loved 24! Such a good show…I love Jack. Oh and I always say I want David Palmer for our president. He’s the best!
My hubs just saw 24 on netflix and we were JUST talking about watching it after we get the kiddos to bed at night. After your rave reviews, we’ve just got to! It sounds like it’s right up our alley. Here’s to summer!!! :)
My husband and brother and I (Before Kids) used to stay up on New Year’s Eve into the morning–it was SO intense and fun and I miss being able to stay awake past ten: ) Enjoy!!
Ah, yes!!! We never watched it when it was on…
After getting netflix we decided to give it a try and we are most definitely HOOKED!!
We always refer to it as “Jack”.. as in, “Do you wanna watch Jack?”
We are on season 8 epi 7 or 8.
Can’t believe we are close to the end. I will be sad, but I can’t imagine having to watch it live and waiting a whole week until the next episode!
