Easter Tray Decor (Sunny Side Up){extra long woven basket tray}

Want to add some Easter decor to your home without going over the top? Not that anything is wrong with over the top. :) I’m sharing a fun Easter decor tray today that will help bring some sunshine and spring into your home! I recently bought this beautiful woven tray and was so excited to decorate with it for spring! I ordered it on-line and loved it even more when it arrived in person. It sat on my table and for a week with me thinking about what I wanted to do with it. The possibilities are endless! So many fun options were swirling through my head.

I decided that for now I wanted to use it to bring some seasonal decor into my home so I filled it with this preserved moss (similar options here & here).

Then I pulled out my basket of eggs and my wooden Easter bunnies.

I added my bunnies in the middle and sprinkled some eggs around them and done!

Easy and stylish Easter decor. I tried adding faux flowers and a few other things but I just kept coming back to this look. Simple always wins for me! Less visual clutter and I like to see the greenery.

Do the pose and jeans look familiar? :) Easy way to share both the decor and this cute new spring top I’m loving! Jeans have been on repeat for a week.

Remember this pretty narrow console table I put behind my couch last summer?

I have loved having it as a place to set drinks and snacks at night and also as another fun spot in this space to decorate and add some personality!

It’s the perfect spot for my Easter decor tray. :) Really this tray would look cute on any table and it would make a perfect centerpiece for Easter dinner!

Thank you for all of the sweet birthday wishes over the weekend!

Easter Decor Tray (Sunny Side Up)

I felt very loved and have fun things scheduled all week with friends to prolong the celebration.

I’m tricky like that. :)

Kenny’s gift this year was a winner.

Easter Tray Decor (Sunny Side Up)

Coupons that were branded with a lovely photo of him and redeemable for all sorts of things like one day of listening to a podcast about feelings, kitchen clean-up with no complaints, one set of blog services, watching one horrible Netflix series that we’ve seen 100 times (I get decision fatigue at night and prefer to watch the same things over and over while I work..ha), one argument concession even if he’s right (he’s never right), one day of excessive compliments, one week of no nicknames (the teasing never ends), and the last coupon said it was good for whatever I want! My mind immediately went to decor.. a new console table for the entry!? A new light fixture for the living room!? But then I started to think BIGGER.

What about 1,000 more of each of these coupons duplicated?

I’m tricky like that.

;)

  1. That tray you found is really pretty and I love what you did with it. You have great taste, Erin. :) Looks like you had a fun night with friends and Kenny’s gift is hilarious and creative. I’m sure you’ll have oodles of fun redeeming them. Thanks so much for sharing and have a great week extending your birthday celebrations! You deserve it! :)

  2. HI, Erin! Sorry I missed the opportunity to wish you a happy birthday! Your blog is a “must-read” for me and helps me miss SoCal a lot less every week, so thank you for that.
    Love from Nebraska.

  3. Erin!
PERFECT basket tray decor! Couldn’t be better if I had done it myself ;) Easter is one of the holidays that sadly, sort of just slips away. Quickly. It gets mixed up w/all the new outdoor, summer decor everyone is looking at, so I like to call it SPRING decor and I don’t push myself EVEN if it goes up after Palm Sunday. I keep it up all of April even if Easter falls in March! Anyway, there is also St. Pats day and is especially big here in N.E. Everyone is Irish on St. Pats day, as they say!
Anyway, Easter should be a “season” and sadly it is looked at as a one weekend thing, or the lead up and THEN the weekend OF and it’s over. Spring IS bunnies and flowers and eggs Afterall, right?
Your group of friends is just marvelous! Your certificates from Kenney are great AND a gift too! girl, you score! You HAVE this! Of course you do! :-D

    1. Thank you so much Sherri! I agree! Easter is really just spring and spring is Easter! When it comes to decor anyway. ;) I say keep the bunnies up until summer! They always make me happy. :) You’re the sweetest! Hope you’re having a good week! xo
