Happiest holidays from our family to yours! Thank you for being here and for all of the support you’ve given me this year! Thank you for being the BEST community of readers/friends I could ask for. It means so much to me that you choose to spend time here. More than you’ll ever know. I can’t wait for all of the fun we are going to have together in 2023! No surprise but I’m excited to decorate and organize ALL the things. :)
Below are a few pics of my Christmas living room I never had time to share! Also a beautiful new line of home decor by Studio McGee just dropped at Target so I shared favorites below. I’m enjoying a little down time with my crew for a few days and I hope you’re able to do the same! I love the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. It’s such a great time to reflect on the last year, plan for the new year, rest and enjoy loved ones. With Ellie home this week we are especially focused on family time! Wishing you and your family the happiest of holidays and love and joy in the new year! XO
Happy Friday! We made it to the holiday break! My kids are out of school and we are officially ready for Christmas. Well.. a few things still need to happen first including all of the wrapping (sigh.. I love years when I start that early but this was not one of them!). It’s ok.. I have my holiday tree tags printed and it will get done! Right now I’m just so happy that I get to sleep in tomorrow. That is seriously all I want for Christmas at the moment! Ha.
I realized this week that I never shared pics of my holiday party this year! I had it a week before Thanksgiving and loved doing it earlier. The only down side was how busy it was getting my house 100% decorated in time, but it was such a fun way to kick of the season early. I called it a “Kick off Christmas Pajama Party” with the theme of gratitude. Last year the theme was self care – you can see details on last year’s party here. I always choose a theme and we always wear pajamas. No surprise there. :)
I served salads and a charcuterie board from the same place I ordered from last year and then once again my cute friend Katy made her baked potato soup. It’s my favorite thing that she makes and I beg for it every year! She always wants to be creative and switch up the menu for my party but I won’t let her. I love her soup too much. And I’m a creature of habit. Plus I just love her soup. Did I mention that already? :) Last year when I shared pics of my party so many of you asked where she got these beautiful soup chafers! You can find them on Amazon here. Perfect for hosting.. they will keep soup or anything you are serving hot all night!
I used these beautiful marble top servers to hold dessert! I decided to order cheesecakes from the Cheesecake Factory this year (always a good thing). One was plain with strawberries so we could have a little red and then one was pumpkin to get our Thanksgiving fix. ;)
A close friend made this holiday dessert and it was so delicious! It’s part of the reason I traded my jeans for joggers a few weeks ago. (In January I’ll be singing hello treadmill my old friend..)
House decorated – check! Kitchen clean – check! Food out – check! Pajamas on – check!
I talked about how I sent this gratitude journal to El at college and about the difference this book made in my life when I was going through a hard time after we moved to VA. You would think writing down 3 things you are grateful for each day wouldn’t change much, but it really does start to shift your perspective. Physically writing things down vs. just thinking about them makes a difference too. Have you ever tried it? I love these particular gratitude journals because they are simple and get to the point. A lot of gratitude journals have affirmations and places to write thoughts and journal and while that’s great, I think that’s hard for most of us to make time for daily! This book just has 3 lines for each day. Something manageable that most of us can pull off.
After rambling on about gratitude for a while I channeled my inner Oprah and tossed each person a book exclaiming “you get a journal and you get a journal!” Ha ha.. not quite a car but still. I do that every opportunity I get. ;)
We had a hard time getting everyone together for a picture with people coming and going but Kenny snapped this with some of us! So grateful for all of the good friends in my life.
And for all of the good cheesecake in my life too. :)
And after.. the sign of a good party!
I’m always so happy staying up late and cleaning after the party. So many of my friends try to stay and help me clean up but I eventually send them all home! I turn on Christmas music and load the dishes with a big smile on my face after such a fun night with people I love. :)
December brought even more get togethers including 3 more Favorite Things Parties! For one of the parties we were supposed to wear all black or white or pearls. I was a renegade and wore these green faux leather pants with a black top (I just felt like a pop of green was needed somewhere!). Then I wore my reindeer onesie to the ugly sweater Favorite Things party breaking the rules once again. Hopefully they’ll all still invite me back next year. Ha.
Aside from connecting with close friends these parties are the best for getting lots of fun gift ideas! I feel so bad I didn’t get these gift ideas out to you sooner in time for Christmas (although some of these Amazon items might ship overnight!). Better late than never I guess. I hope they are still helpful for post holiday gifts or maybe you’ll find something fun for yourself! I’ve already ordered and tried so many of these items and am obsessed just like my friends. I’ll share some of my recent favorites in the new year!
I’ll be back one more time before signing off for Christmas. Good luck finishing up all the things! :)
*This post is sponsored by Walmart. All product selections and opinions are my own!
Countdown to Christmas! I hope you are all hanging in there this month! We are wrapping things up at our house.. or trying to anyway. :) We went to Hotel Del for dinner with friends last weekend (the lights were so beautiful!) and that was our last get together with friends before the 25th. I have loved spending time with people I love this holiday season! That’s always my favorite thing about this time of year. It has been a fun month but I am definitely behind on sleep, behind on laundry, behind on blog posts, behind on housework and well.. behind on pretty much everything else too. But it’s all good. Almost time to relax! Next year I’m starting my holiday prep in September.
I’m delivering some of my last gifts this week. My kids are in school through Thursday (they get out so late this year!) so we are finishing teacher gifts too. These are some cute boards and kitchen items I ordered from Walmart to give. You know my love for tree boards! This board has a floral pattern on the front but I love the plain back too!
These measuring spoons have been favorites.. they are magnetic and stay locked together until you need to use them! Genius. Adding a cheese ball with this cute tree. :)
This charcuterie board is just $15! It’s a perfect medium size that will work for so many things. I love the handle too! I’m giving it with a Platters and Boards book (long time favorite book and favorite gift to give!). I picked up one for myself too.. you can never have too many serving boards in my opinion. :) I wanted to wrap all of these cute boards up with some clear cellophane and a cute tag.
Why yes! That will do! :) I designed some tags that look like my house the moment.. green trees for the win! I wanted them a little bigger than most of the store bought gift tags so I just put 6 on a page and printed them on card stock. I’m assuming many of you are wrapping gifts this week too so I added these to my printable library.Join my e-mail list HERE and they are yours! (If you’re already a subscriber just sign up again.. it won’t add you twice! If you don’t receive an e-mail with access to my printable library quickly after signing up check your junk/spam.)
Much better! :) I hope they are helpful! Happy holidays to you from me! XO
Aren’t these Rudolph chocolates adorable!? Classic. I picked up some of our favorite fuzzy socks too. I have a feeling our Elf will be dropping a few surprises off soon. My kids might be teens but they still get excited about Christmas socks and holiday chocolate.
Not long ago I shared a few favorites from the Beautiful collection. The cookware sets have been popular items this year! There are still some colors/sets available.
These baskets and blankets have been a hit too. I gave a few away and then have one of each basket in my family room holding blankets at the moment. :)
Happy Sunday! Thank you so much for all of your sweet comments and e-mails about my new bed! It was fun hearing from so many of you and I’m thrilled you like the change. #teambed for the win. ;) In other happy news El is home! I got my girls back (all I wanted for Christmas!) and I am one happy mom. So excited to get this holiday party started.
Full transparency.. this has not been my most organized Christmas! I used my holiday planner and was off to a good start, but somewhere along the way life got busy and I got behind and well.. let’s just say I am still doing some of my holiday shopping and haven’t wrapped a thing. Some years I’m done in November! I wish this was one of those years.. ha. I came up with a fun gift idea this weekend for my 3 kids. When you have 3 teens you have to get creative! (Kole turns 13 in March so he is joining the club!) :)
Teens and college kids love money and gift cards but that’s not always the most fun gift to to open! I ordered these cute trees from Target, pulled out some red mini clothes pins and cash and got to work!
After just a few minutes of rolling up bills and clipping them to the tree branches I had these cute little money trees! So festive right!? I think I would be excited about this gift! You? :)
I bought gift cards to places I know my kids love and did the same thing with the cards too! Isn’t the gift card tree cute!? This one is for El. She loves Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Sephora..
Target and Krispy Kreme donuts. :) Addison’s and Kole’s trees are totally different. I love this for a gift because you can personalize it!
Money trees and gift card trees.. so much fun! These would be great teacher gifts too! The small trees don’t hold as much so you could use a small tree to give someone 2-3 gift cards or even just one gift card attached with a note. You can order these cute Target trees online and have them delivered before Christmas but obviously this would work with any trees with long enough branches. I love that my kids can keep these cute trees to decorate their rooms in the future too!
I’ve also made these fun money trees in the past to give as gifts. I’m hoping I have time to make a reel on IG that shows how I make these this week (we’ll see if there is time!) but really they are so easy. Fold each bill accordion style and then just fold them across in the middle a little more each time making each bill shorter going up to the star. I use green twist ties and cross in front and back to hold the bills in place.
I made a quick Target run last week to get a few things for the kids and this cute green jogger set just sort of decided to come home with me. :) It’s fleece and so soft and I haven’t wanted to take it off!
I also got this fun quilted sweatshirt I’m loving. My Vuori joggers are staples and would make a great gift for Christmas too. Really anything from Vuori makes a great gift! We love that brand. Kenny lives in Vuori clothes and half of his Christmas always comes from that store if you still need gifts for the men in your life!
I love the colors of these Stanley tumblers! I really didn’t understand what the hype was with these until I owned my own. Now I drink my water! That’s why they are so great. Water stays cold and they fit great in the car and I love the straw. Also like I said.. cute colors. :) I couldn’t choose so my family and friends are getting all different colors this year! Guess which one I’m keeping for myself? :)
A few cute things for girls! These slipper socks are so cute, a great price and they have the grippers on the bottom! I love that so I’m not sliding around. This is also a brand of hair accessories I’m loving. The large green scrunchie is my favorite! I wear it all the time and it really holds my thick hair in place. It comes in other colors so I bought black for stockings too this year. :)
I’ve had these make-up bags for a couple of years and love them so I’m giving them as a gift this year too (I also love the pink!). The large size has been perfect to toss lots of beauty products inside. I use it a lot when I’m traveling but not flying and can take full size bottles. The small pencil case I keep in my purse and it holds a small brush, lip gloss, etc.
I thought these tins were so cute too! Perfect if you like to bake treats to take to friends and neighbors.
Below are LOTS of other fun gift ideas (if you are still shopping like me this year!) along with more dress options (if you still need a dress for a holiday event like me this year!). I just noticed also that at Madewell they are doing 50% off! Just add the code ITSAWRAP. Wow! Such a good deal. Below are favorites I’ve shared before. I don’t know if the items will get here in time for Christmas but with a sale like that I’d be ok with a print out saying the item was on its way! :) Ok.. I’m off to order a few more gifts for the kids! Happy shopping, wrapping, baking, cleaning and celebrating this week! Don’t forget to breathe. We’ve got this. ;)
I hope you’re enjoying the weekend! I’m sharing my master bedroom Christmas decor today! It’s pretty much decorated the same as last year other than a few things. Well.. mostly one major thing. Can you spot the difference? :)
I used all green in this space again and decorated my beloved flocked tree with my wooden bead garland and a variety of green ball ornaments. I always like to keep this tree simple because when the lights are on it shines on its own!
Speaking of shining.. I got a new bed! Did you notice the change!? I actually got this in September and can’t believe I haven’t shared the update yet. Kenny and I celebrated 25 years of marriage this Fall and he really wanted to get me a new wedding ring. My original ring is small and not the nicest of diamonds (we were so broke when we got married!). He has wanted to replace my wedding ring for years and I won’t let him. I’m very sentimental about my original ring – takes me right back to when we met and fell in love! Plus I’m just not that into fancy jewelry. Give me a Madewell necklace and I’m good to go. Ha. So when he tried to take me ring shopping for our 25th anniversary I told him thank you for wanting to spoil me that way BUT if he really wanted to make me smile.. there was this bed I had been eyeing. :) I got what I really wanted and he saved a chunk of change so it was a win for everyone! My friends think I’m crazy but LOOK at this canopy bed! I’m in love! This room has always been a struggle for me to decorate because the ceilings are so high. I kept buying large art to put over our bed to fill in the space, but something always looked off to me. This room needed a canopy bed! (If you have tall ceilings consider a bed like this!) It fills up the empty space so nicely and now all feels right when I walk into my bedroom.
Now it will be EASY to find something to put over our bed. Smaller items work great in the space between the metal frames. Items like my beloved hoop wreath for the holidays!
What do you think? Are you team new bed or new diamond ring? Ha ha.. I might be a party of one on this debate but I have zero regrets!
My Amazon lamps and mirrors work great and I love the black in this space! Everything feels grounded now. Decor is simple on Kenny’s side of the bed. An oldie but goodie pic of us from around 25 years ago :) and my black reindeer looking as regal as ever.
I added more of my favorite pine trees on my white console table and a wooden bowl of green ornaments. This was the table that used to be in my entry. I’d love to move this upstairs and get something different for this space that fits the new vibe with my canopy bed. Maybe for my 26th anniversary?
I’ve had this garland for years and it really shines at night because of all of the lights attached. They discontinued it and I was so bummed because it’s GOOD! The little flocked trees are favorites I’ve had for years and also light up beautifully at night!
And after! Do you agree? One simple change made such a difference! So much better for this space. I hope you enjoyed the tour of my Christmas bedroom! It’s the perfect spot to retreat this time of year. Addison and I especially love escaping to this room when a football game is on in the family room. We bring in treats, turn on all of the sparkly lights and pick out a Christmas movie. If you need me the week after Christmas this is where you’ll find me! Can’t wait.
I have a few small changes I want to make in this space in the new year. My canopy bed inspired all sorts of ideas! Do you have decorating or renovating plans for the new year? I’m excited for new projects! It’s my favorite thing to dream about while I’m watching Christmas movies over the holiday break.
I can’t believe we are just 10 days away from Christmas! It’s mad dash/scramble time and I have a feeling some of you are feeling a little overwhelmed like I am! So much to do in just a short amount of time! But it will all get done, right? I need some reassurance because my list is a little longer than I wish it was at this point in the game. :) I have so many fun things to share including my bedroom and living room decor and just need to find time to go through the pics! Coming soon. I’m popping in today with a shorter post with a few fashion favorites. I’ve got my trusty male model sharing a couple of his recent favorite tops from Walmart. ;) They have great options for men right now and at the bottom of this post I shared lots of gift ideas if you are still shopping for the men in your life! Kenny is a fan of this flannel shirt (comes in other colors/patterns) and I love it on him too.
He also loves this fleece hoodie! He usually wears a large and that is the size he is wearing, but he said he probably could have ordered a medium in this (it runs a little big). I was going to return it and get him a smaller size but he kept wearing it so I guess we are keeping the large.. ha. He might be getting the same hoodie in a different color in a medium for Christmas. :)
A cute outfit for my cute teen! This flannel skirt would look great with black tights and boots too in colder climates! Ad is in the middle of two shows right now and so busy with so many things. I’ve hardly seen her lately other than popping in to eat and sleep! We are all so excited to get Ellie here and school out for break so we can hang out together. I miss having my girls around all the time!
Here are a couple of sweaters I’ve been loving lately! This mock sweater is such a great fit! I love the sleeves, the loose neck and the quality is GOOD. Feels just like other sweaters I have that I paid a lot more for! It’s yellow/orange on the back and I love the color block look! In fact I love this sweater so much I ordered the green and navy version too. :)
I’m looking forward to many days ahead in these robes! (Below are the cutest robe options for kids too!) December is always such a blur! I love this month, but it feels so good to slow down after Christmas doesn’t it!? I’m always ready for a week of NOTHING after the holidays. Ha. Nothing but family time in these robes! That’s what I want for Christmas. ;)
If you are looking for ski/winter clothes for your family I shared lots of fun options in this post! Below are other Walmart fashion favorites that would make great gifts if you are still shopping. I wish I could say that I was done with my shopping this year but I am far from it and I haven’t wrapped a thing!
So much for getting everything done early like I usually do. Good thing there is always next year! A chance to try again.
Happy Sunday! The start of a new week with lots to do! Bring it on. :) I hope you’ve had a good weekend so far. I’m excited to share some fun things with you this week! I have lots of pics to go through. Which is great. Because I have lots of holiday movies to watch and those two tasks go hand in hand. Who is bringing the popcorn? :)
Today I’m sharing few fun sales, a few fun things back in stock and a few fun gift ideas! Loads of fun. Get ready. ;) My leafy garland is on sale (in my tree above) and all holiday decor at Mcgee & Co is 30% off! Below are my favorites that are still in stock. The tree is the same tree I have but the flocked version and it comes in two sizes.
My Sandy Terracotta Vase is back in stock! I got a lot of questions about it when I shared the holiday decor in my kitchen so I wanted to let you know it’s back! A little pricey but so beautiful and I love that it’s tapered at the top. Vases that are tapered at the top are my favorite because you don’t have to use as many branches to get a full look.
My faux Target trees are marked down and on their way out! Such a good price right now. LOVE them. I leave the trees up on my porch through February. :)
I’ve rounded up some fun gift ideas! A lot of the things I’m looking at for my crew. :) These Stanley tumblers are a hot item and I love these colors that are back in stock! I have a feeling my girls will too. (You can get them here on Amazon also but it looks like they ship after Christmas!)
I hope these belt bags haven’t sold out by the time you see this post because they come in stock and fly back out the next day. Such a popular item this year and I know why! I own one and use it all the time. These two styles that just came back in stock are the cutest I’ve seen!
Cece blouses have always been favorites of mine! They are perfect for events when you want to be a little on the dressy side. I love them for holiday get togethers too.
Sharing these waffle makers because they are too much fun! I’m picturing a breakfast charcuterie board with ALL the holiday waffles and fruit! Wouldn’t that be fun on Christmas morning!?
If you need shoes for a holiday party this year I’ve got you covered! Aren’t these all so beautiful!? I’d always rather be in sneakers, but if I have to dress up these aren’t bad options at all. :)
With all of the fun gifts we’re chatting about I thought some wrapping paper essentials would be helpful! I love this wrapping paper storage container and the elf gift wrap cutter is so handy when it comes to slicing wrapping paper quickly and evenly!
I hope you’ve had a good week! December is flying by isn’t it!? Always such a busy month. I’ve been going non-stop this week and have a busy weekend ahead but Ellie comes home from college at the end of next week! I’m so excited and trying to get as much done as possible before she gets here. Once she’s home I plan on spending more time doing fun holiday activities with my crew and hopefully spending more time in my pjs watching Christmas movies. :)
I’m sharing some easy holiday treats today! A little December tradition on the blog. :) Every year we buy these gingerbread sets from Walmart for the kids and Ellie asked me on the phone last week if I had bought them yet. My kids make a mess with these but just like this post.. tradition! One of those things I roll with because my kids want to do it every December. These kits are great and so much easier than buying everything individually or whipping up homemade gingerbread! Not that I’ve ever actually made homemade gingerbread, but I can imagine that it would be hard. Ha. ;)
Walmart has so many fun holiday treats! I’m a huge fan of these cookie kits that include everything you need. They make it so easy for my girls to make treats together and easy for this non chef to figure out if I’m making treats on my own. :) I’m also a huge fan of Walmart’s online delivery and pickup. Especially this time of year when I want quick and easy treats for all of our fun Christmas movie nights! *New customers can use promo code TRIPLE10 to save $10 off their first three pickup or delivery orders. $50 min. Restrictions & fees apply.
Have you ever made reindeer chow? It’s another holiday treat that’s pretty popular at my house in December! So easy to make. I love throwing it together when my kids are having lots of friends over! All you need to make it are the items photographed above.
Want the super tricky recipe for this holiday treat?
You dump everything together in a bowl.
When I say EASY holiday treats I’m not kidding around. :)
This is my kind of baking! Because there is no baking. :) It’s a huge crowd pleaser!
My Christmas tree snack board is another holiday favorite! If you’ve been with me a while you’ve seen this a time or two. :) The best part about this easy holiday treat is that you can use any food you have at your house! Pull out any produce and/or crackers and you’re set. You could even use the same 2 or 3 things throughout repeating items! Just don’t forget pretzel sticks for the trunk and something for a star on top. :) I always just use a star cookie cutter and cheese.
The tree I made this year is almost identical to the tree I made last year because these are the snacks we always have in our fridge/pantry. Ha. :)
These are some easy holiday treats I made last year to give you a few more movie night ideas!
The recipe for my grandma’s applesauce cookies (another December staple for us!) is in this post. Aside from being delicious they also make your house smell so good! That post I just shared with the recipe was written in 2011 btw! My kids were all so little! That’s how long I’ve been sharing these cookies and everything else under the sun with you. We’re getting older friends. At least we’re doing it together.
While enjoying all the cookies. :)
Easy reindeer treats.
And Santa hats using Ritz crackers, cream cheese, strawberries and marshmallows. The crackers can get soggy on these if you let them sit long so we always eat these soon after I make them!
Grinch Santas and another no bake favorite – popcorn with pretzels and holiday m&m’s. :)
Then of course we always make our beloved pretzel hugs to give to friends. I’ve been making and sharing this easy holiday treat since long before 2011! (Type pretzel hugs in the search bar for more info. on these – about 15 posts will pop up.. ha).
Sharing a few pics of my holiday bathroom! How it’s looking at the moment and how it looked last year. Both are fun looks for December. :) Because most of the Christmas decor in my house this year is green with a woodsy vibe I did the same in my powder bathroom.
I bought this rug in the fall and love the neutral colors and pattern. The only thing I don’t love is that it doesn’t have a sticky back so it was slipping around.
Problem solved with these rug pad grippers! Seriously genius! Where have they been all of my life!? They are so easy to use.. you just peel and stick. They don’t hurt your floors and stick just enough to hold your rug in place! Had to share that little trick as soon as I discovered it. :)
Then I added my favorite holiday hand soap and this cute little tabletop tree that lights up beautifully. I set it on a marble pedestal instead of adding some felt on the bottom. Marble scratches so easily so I always have to be careful in this bathroom!
I hope you’re enjoying the weekend! December madness and all. :) I’ve rounded up some fun gift ideas but wanted to also share these pics I took yesterday of my cozy kitchen window at night! Always a favorite spot right around 5 pm when it gets dark and these lights click on. I added these fun mercury votive holders to each side of my window this year and put in more of my timer tea lights. My timer lights are in the houses too and the birch trees come with a timer option.. so convenient!
I also added some of my favorite fairy lights in random spots like around my oatmeal canisters. These twinkle lights are great to add a little sparkle all over the house. I use them in my garland all the time too! I’ve tried a few different types and these are my favorite because of the glow they give off and how easy they are to use/wrap around things. You just click them on and off (they have a little battery pack) so they are the only things I manually turn on in the evening.
You can see where I added some on the left corner of my counter too around the trees on my round tray.
Loving the sparkle and glow. :)
Below are some fun gift ideas (beauty & wellness favorites) along with holiday dress options for parties, winter coats and puffer vests I’ve had my eye on! Wishing you the best start to your week! Try to get some rest if you can before Monday hits. And breathe. Deep breaths! Also listen to Christmas music and add fairy lights around your house. It helps calm the chaos inside of your head this time of year.
Happy December! I can tell it’s finally here because my house is all lit up at night! I’m also tired and all out of batteries. The ups and downs of the most wonderful time of the year. Ha. ;) This week has been fun, but also busy.. holiday events are in full swing! I set a goal today to prioritize sleep because that’s usually the first thing to go for me during December. My goals usually stick for about a day so I’m declaring it here in hopes that I can actually make it happen. I just wish I didn’t need to sleep at all! There is so much to fit into one month! I personally wish December was 3 months long.
Which probably explains why I start decorating and celebrating in October. :)
I decorated my holiday entry on the sophisticated side this year to match my front living room. Which I still need to take pictures of and share!
My Merry Christmas banner greets everyone on their way inside.
I combined a variety of branches in my beloved minka pot. I used a few different faux cedar branches with these white berry stem branches. Such an easy way to make a big impact! It took less than 5 minutes to arrange – really there’s no secret to it! Just use a variety of greenery. Then I placed ornaments in a woven tray next to my pot. At the end of my post I’ll link the branches I used and similar faux cedar branches. I found a lot of beautiful options still in stock!
I ordered this print on Amazon for my entry table in the fall and then decided to keep it up through the holidays because I love the green! It’s such a pretty canvas of the countryside. I added candles on the other side and a basket and blanket below. Simple and done!
I kept my bench simple too with neutral pillows and a pom throw.
Actually no. No it’s not. There’s nothing frightful about San Diego winters at all. But it is chilly enough for a cute, lightweight puffer jacket. Score! We’ll take it. :)
Sharing a few recent Walmart fashion favorites today.. these boots are so comfortable! (I linked other cute coat options below for those of you who really are dealing with frightful weather!)
This long sweater cardigan is so fun! It’s cute and warm and I love the striped sleeves. I also love feeling like I have a stylish blanket on. :)
Loving these slim trouser pants too! The paper bag waist is so cute (perfect for holiday parties) and very flattering. Wear them with a fitted shirt tucked in and you are set.
We’ve added these cute nightshirts and fuzzy socks to our cozy collection! I don’t like to sleep in nightshirts because I get twisted around in them (anyone else?) but I LOVE putting them on when I get out of the shower. I like to wear them while I blow dry my hair and put on make-up and then I get dressed last. These are so cute for the holidays and I love that they come in a pack of two! Fun to share with someone. :) These socks are a dream. Seriously so soft and warm! They are plush on the inside but have texture on the bottom too so that you don’t slip (my favorite). They come in lots of fun colors and patterns and I bought lots to have on hand for gifts. (Fun for teen girls too!)
I rounded up some fun winter fashion options below! We’re going to try to fit in a ski trip this year or early next year so I’ve been checking out all of Walmart’s ski clothes and they have so many cute, affordable options. I’m sharing favorites for the whole family! Women, men, girls and boys. Practical holiday gifts like a new coat and boots are always a good thing. Enjoy your day and stay warm! :)
