Happy Valentine’s Day weekend! I hope you are having a good one this year and spending time with people you love! I had a bit of a crazy/not great week to be honest and have been so grateful for this long weekend and some time with Kenny and good friends to recover. We have been enjoying some sun too which always feels glorious this time of year! Next week we are supposed to get a lot of rain which always makes me in the mood to organize so I’m planning on wrapping up some spaces I’ve been working on and overall just having a better week! Right now everything in my house is half finished and a bigger mess than what I started with.. ha. Good times. I’m also planning to re-fresh a few rooms in my house this year so I have been especially excited about the President’s Day sales this weekend! There are always so many good home finds marked down! I rounded up some things I’m loving on sale and a few of your favorites from last week below. Sending love and a Valentine’s day hug to you all!

Erin,
So sorry that you had a not so good week. There is a bit of that going around. I say this from personal experience. As far as you being in the middle of all the organizing and it being in a bigger mess than when you started out, you are speaking my language, however, this is a language that is unintelligible to my husband. If it ends up at some point (which it always does!) being a bigger mess than when started, IN it all goes, right back into closets, drawers and wherever. You should have seen his face when I said I was thinking of taking everything out of a couple of rooms in order to reimagine them, You know, what the experts say to do. Empty canvas to redecorate. This was his face :-O He subscribes to the “out of sight, out of mind” theory. Shove it back, stuff it all away. Hmmmmm… Does this say something about HIM, about his life? You might wonder, right?
By the way, I can’t seem to get the lighted Easter rattan set to come up. Here I go….. I’m supposed to be planning on downsizing in the next couple years! I just can’t resist holiday stuff!
Carry on Erin. Your angels will be in soprano soon! Mine are trapped in the back of my husbands closet!
