1 – HALLOWEEN FUN
Happy Sunday from my mom’s front yard!
She sent me these pics and told me the skeletons were inspired by my girls and we all had a good laugh. We definitely love our Swig and Starbucks drinks around here.
“Tell me about it, stud”
Kenny and I had a great time at his law firm’s Halloween party this weekend!
Last year the theme was Harry Potter. They always just tell Kenny what he’s dressing up as.. perk of being the boss I guess.. he just does what he’s told!
Kole and I got to just enjoy the food and hang out with everyone.
This year they didn’t let me off the hook so easy. :) I love everyone at his office so much! We all have too much fun together.
2 – SLIM TREES/GARLAND SALE
First Slim Tree, Second Slim Trees, Tree Baskets, Cedar Garland
So excited to be pulling trees out again! My favorite slim trees are on sale today! You all know how much I love these cute trees! Perfect for corners, kids’ bedrooms, the front porch.. they work so well anywhere and light up beautifully. I love putting them in baskets and pots! The slim trees next to them are also so beautiful and another fun option! The lights twinkle and I like that they have a bushier look when I want to fill in more space. I’m using those on my front porch this year and found the cutest baskets for them! (I have the 6 and 7 foot here)
3 – COLOR ERA
Seasonal Coloring Book, Christmas Coloring Book, Markers
Ellie and I are in our coloring era. She’s living at home this year (the best!) so when she’s home in the evenings the two of us like to get out our seasonal coloring books and color while we watch a movie. We were using colored pencils and then El found this cool marker set we are loving.
We have to set a paper or clip board under each page so they don’t bleed through but the dual tips are so fun to work with! You can easily trace and fill things in. El did these.. it’s so fun to be coloring again! Such a nice way to de-stress at the end of the day.
With all of the obligations life throws our way it feels good to be doing something just for fun. :)
4 – TARGET HOLIDAY
Lamp, Wrapping Paper, Gift Toppers, Ornament Set, Faux Pine and Spruce Bundle, Bells
A few fun holiday items from Target I’m excited to use! The gift toppers are too cute and especially come in so handy for gift gifing. They always sell out fast so I stock up in October!
5 – SLEIGH
I can’t wait to work on my holiday porch this year because this fun new addition just came in the mail! Ahhhh! ADORABLE. It lights up so cute and the greenery exceeded my expectations!
6 – NEW CHAIR
Chair in Fawn Velvet and Washed Oak, Floor Lamp
I snapped this quick on a cloudy day when it arrived but had to share another fun new addition in my home! Christmas came early for me with a new chair I’ve been obsessed with for a while. I chose the fawn velvet fabric and couldn’t love it more. With the fun lamp I picked out earlier this year my family room corner is feeling all grown up. :)
Below are more favorites including cute holiday pjs coming out! YAY.. such a fun time of year. Enjoy the last week of October!
