GIRL DINNER Ad and I have been loving this summer
Happy Sunday! We are enjoying our last weekend of summer before the routine begins. Kole starts his Junior year of high school Tuesday (wild!) and we have one more week with Addison home before she heads back to Texas. I have such mixed feelings – sad that summer is over and I’m always sad when Ad leaves, but also ready for a routine and the joy that fall brings. Ellie is living at home with us for a year and I’m thrilled about that! Plus September is on the horizon and it’s such a favorite month. August has become a transition month for us during this stage of life with kids always leaving for college. By September I usually feel like myself again and it’s like a New Year reset with all the kids back at school. I’m always inspired to organize my home and set new goals. Football starts and the “ber” months are so fun to plan for! Fun things on the horizon. :)
1 – GHOST LAMP
I’m sharing 6 fun things I’m excited about for fall today! How adorable is this little ghost lamp!? I had to buy it for Ellie. She loves to read and she loves little unique finds like this!
He lights up so cute and will be adorable on her bookshelf this fall!
2 – LIT BROOM
I couldn’t order this lit broom fast enough when I found it on-line! It lights up and is the CUTEST shape and it’s going to be such a fun Halloween porch staple from here on out! It just arrived and now I can’t wait to decorate my porch for fall.
3 – FALL TREE
Also loving this pretty fall tree! I’m not sure yet if I’m using it inside or outside but either way.. it’s perfect.
4 – CANDLE WARMER LAMP
I’ve had this candle warmer for a while and love the pretty floral shade! Is there anything better than a pumpkin spice candle burning in the fall!? I think not. I’m lighting this candle as soon as I get my house back in order after kids start school (it’s seriously fall perfection). Something fun to look forward to!
