It’s that time of year.. again! I hosted my annual Christmas pajama party last week and it was my favorite party yet! It’s truly the best night having so many close friends all together. I’ve been doing this party long enough that now everyone knows each other (if they didn’t already) and we all have such a good time laughing and talking all night! A few friends stayed until 1 am because we couldn’t stop talking and then I could NOT sleep. I was laying in bed wide awake still at 3 am and suddenly remembered I never ran the trash down! I got up and threw my coat on over my pjs and took it out so I didn’t miss garbage day.. ha. Tis the season for all the fun and tired eyes! *Side note.. is Kenny well trained or what with this pic!? He even moved the coffee table to the center! We were impressed..someone has had lots of practice.

The house was so cozy with all the lights on! I have lots of decor pics coming. I can’t believe we’re already about half way through December. I’ve been loving the Netflix fire settings for the TV!
Especially since I can’t turn on my real fireplace because it has been 78 degrees this week.

This cute candy cane tray was perfect to hold lemons and limes for the Diet Cokes/Coke Zeros!
One of my friend’s brought a salad and then I picked up the rest of the food. This party is so relaxed and chill. I just want everyone to enjoy a nice meal and be comfortable! I ordered these cute plaid serving trays a few days before. They shipped fast and were perfect to hold the salads!

He came down to get some food and I had him take a pic and then my friend took this one. Such a good sport when I knew he just wanted some steak.. ha. I was planning on wearing a different long sleeve holiday top but got so hot running around getting ready for the party so I tossed on this tee and called it good!
I set my tables very last minute this year and kept them simple with items I’ve had for years.
I picked up a few poinsettias at the grocery store and added them last minute too!

These snowflake lanterns are so much fun! They clip together fast and easy and have little lights that go inside. They look so cute at night! I just attached them near my mirrors with some small command hooks.
Ok.. time for the items everyone brought! So many good gift ideas! I usually do a theme for the gifts (self care, home decor, etc.) This year the theme was Amazon Favorites! I don’t have everyone bring 3 items like a favorite things party. We just bring one gift and all put our names on a piece of paper. I start by sharing my item and then draw a name and that person gets my gift and goes next. Then we keep going until everyone has a gift and has shared their item!
This is a recent Amazon favorite and I’m loving it so much I gave it to everyone for my party favor. It’s a leave in conditioner that I use as a detangler when I get out of the shower. It leaves my hair feeling so smooth! Plus I love the smell. Read the reviews! It’s a good hair product for a great price!

Looks JUST like my beloved Calpak bag that I always travel with and has the exact same storage compartments. (Calpak bag is over $100 and this is on sale for just $25!)
Travel Makeup Bag – I love this makeup bag too (I have this version). Holds a crazy amount of products! I gave them as gifts last year and took 3 to one of my other friend’s favorite things party last week!
Foundation Brush – My friend who brought the make-up bag also brought this brush (her favorite for foundation) and the makeup brush holder below. That I gave her last year.. ha. It’s a good one!

Kitsch Hair Wax Stick – I have heard of this! So good for slicking your hair back in buns/ponytails and helping with flyaways!
I have seen this so many times and when my friend brought it I finally caved and ordered it! It puts a quick stitch in your clothes or anything you need! (Blouses that are too low, attaching tank tops to your bra strap, etc.)
Tile Bluetooth Trackers – I also immediately ordered 5 of these for family Christmas gifts! These tile trackers are so cool. My friend was telling us about all the ways she uses them to keep track of AirPods and keys and phones, etc. I lose my phone constantly! I’m going to attach a tile to my keys so I can use it to always find my phone. (I never lose my keys because I have them attached to this dual pouch wristlet that holds my credit cards and they are huge.. ha. The wristlet is another great gift idea! My girls love them too.)
Cheese Board – this cool cheese board is perfect for travel or a day at the beach/pool! It comes on a cutting board with a lid that makes it easy to pack and serve.
Tote Bag – cutest tote bag for groceries and/or ALL the things! Comes in lots of fun colors.
Crossbody Bag – the bag on the right (Polene – a popular French brand) is around $500. The bag on the left is $31. And a little larger so more room for items. I know which one I’m buying. :)
Dry Shampoo Powder – my friend swears by this dry shampoo! Excited to try it.
Setting Spray – This was funny because my friend Ginny who brought this make up setting spray said she loves it and I gave it to her for a gift and then I said yes I did.. and Brittany gave it to me! We clearly share favorites not just at parties, but all through the year. :) It really is the best for keeping your makeup looking fresh and staying in place! I use it every day.
Blanket Hoodie – I have a friend who loves her blanket hoodie! I gave these to my kids a couple of years ago and they love them too!
Microfiber Cleaning Cloths – I’m so excited to try these! My friend said they work better than paper towels and you can wash them so less waste.
Babe Original Set – Last serum, lash conditioner and brow serum.. such a good gift set! I’ve never used anything like this but always hear how much it helps your lashes/eyebrows grow! My friend loves this set. Have any of you used them before? Thoughts?
Makeup Brush Cleaner – These next few items are what I brought! I love this makeup brush cleaner! It’s easy to clean your brushes and then you can pop them in the other side of the cleaner to dry them.

While we’re talking favorites.. party leftovers fit pretty nicely in the fridge with my food storage containers! I love how easily they stack.
I cleaned my fridge out before the party because I knew I would need it empty to hold the party food. This made me so happy after I cleaned up.. leftovers for my boys for a while and LOTS of Cokes for me. Talk about hooked up!
Reason 392 why hosting a holiday party for your friends is a good plan. :)
