Happy Saturday! First things first.. here is the chicken marinade for those who emailed asking for it when I was raving about our air fryer! It so easy and SO good!

I’m sure you could substitute the oil for a more healthy oil option. We are all about balance at our house and don’t mind a little vegetable oil here and there. ;)

On nights I don’t plan ahead and we are making chicken we just use some spices. We have the 4 qt air fryer and for everyone asking about cooking times this is what we have found works best (and by “we” I mean Kenny..ha) 

Chicken Tenders – cook at 375 for 10 min

Chicken Breasts – cook at 375 for 14/15 min

Extra Thick Chicken Breasts – cook at 375 for 17 min
