Happy Saturday! We all survived another May and lived to tell about it. I hope you’re feeling as good about that as I am.. it’s no small feat! I actually remember thinking this month wouldn’t be as busy for us this year with both girls in college. I was wrong. :) But today was Kole’s last day of school and the performances and activities and weddings and birthdays and graduations and all the things are finished. I’m so excited for a couple of summer months with my kids all home! We kicked off the party today with Addison’s birthday. Pink drinks for all!
Except give me a Coke Zero. ;)
1 – FATHER’S DAY GIFT IDEAS
Father’s Day is right around the corner and these gifts are too cute!
This box is perfect to fill with favorite treats. Really you could use it to hold any small gifts. I love the blue and it’s only $10!
My kids have made their own personalized coupon books before (another fun gift idea!) but this was such a good one I couldn’t pass it up. It’s full of fun activities..
and other gifts for dad. :)
2 – TARGET RUN
A few other cute things that HAD to come home with me during a late night Target run for end of the year gifts! So cute for the 4th of July! The stitch sweater is so fun and comes in navy too.
I also fell hard for this long knit cover-up! It’s so flattering. So are the knit shorts and the hats are perfect for summer.

I also picked up this long time favorite comforter. I have it on our guest bed and Ellie’s bed and I’m putting it on our master bedroom bed for a few months. The comforter we have is getting too hot for summer!
3 – ORGANIZED DRAWER

I had one bathroom drawer left that never got organized and it has been beyond scary for months!
AFTER
Felt so good to finally get that done! It’s a catch all drawer for extras so it’s easy to toss things in when I don’t know what to do with them. Most items needed to be moved or donated or trashed.
4 – MARBLE BOWL
My latest obsession is this stunning marble bowl!
I have wanted it for so long! Kenny gave it to me for Mother’s Day this year. He might have had a small hint or two. :)
SO BEAUTIFUL. I was going to put something in it but it’s so gorgeous I’m loving it just on it’s own!
5 – SNACK CONTAINERS
If you’re like me and decide to actually lock down on eating healthy in the summer when it’s swimsuit season (instead of being smart and starting in January) you might appreciate this tip.. ha. I’m loving these snacks containers! They are perfect for a healthy snack to grab and go. I’m always eating in my car and I’ve been using these to prep a few healthy snacks for the week.
This is also a must have for summer snacking! Perfect for road trips or a day at the pool or beach. :)
6 – VACATION PACKING
Heading to our favorite vacation spot soon and I bought this gold garment rack to help me pack. HOW have I not had a clothes rack like this before!? It has been so nice to have these items out of my closet and I can just slowly add to it when I think of something I need for the trip. In the future I want to use it to hang my outfits for the week. I used to do that with my girls when they were little! It saved us so much time in the morning. I’m hoping it helps me get out of my rut of wearing the same few things over and over! I’ll share more pics of what I’m wearing on our trip but you probably recognize a lot of this from past posts. :)
This is one tank I bought for the trip and it’s selling out so quickly! It’s darling and screams summer.
