Play time

Ok...I have so many things to blog about and no time to do it! I'm so busy right now. The last few days I've reached dinner time and realized that I totally spaced eating lunch. I can't even pin point what it is...a million little things taking up my time. Just life I guess! I'm really looking forward to school starting in September when we can resume a more normal pace. On second thought...maybe this craziness is just my new normal! Three is a juggle, that's for sure. The only thing that is saving me lately is that my kids are playing together so well. Sure, sometimes they fight and we definitely have our moments, but for the most part they have been really good for me this summer.

The girls love to entertain Kole when he's awake....

and when he's sleeping (and we're actually home for a few minutes) they can't wait to pull out all of their dolls. Then they play play play while I attempt to get something done.

If we need to mix things up a bit I turn on a show and let them have a blanket picnic (or in this case a towel picnic) in the play room.

(Thanks for being so good sweethearts -- mommy would be losing it right now if you weren't!)

You better not come home in a few weeks and be super skinny because you've been too busy to eat! On another note, I've been eating enough for you and me so I guess I'll let it pass.

Oh yeah, and we're you're here in a few weeks we have to go to a zumba class. I went to my first last night and it was awesome! I've never shaken my rump so much in my entire life. You'll love it!

I totally feel the urge to squeeze Kole's chunky thighs!!!! Irresistable!

I'm sooo jealous that your girls play with their little toys. My kids NEVER play with toys. Something is wrong with them.

And yes, the craziness IS your new normal. :) And I know exactly what you mean when you say you can't really pinpoint exactly what it is but that you're going all day long!

And Dayna, she is totally skinny!

Oh, what sweet helpers you have! That is great they play so well together. I can relate to missing lunch. Read the comment about a Zumba Class. I have heard how much fun that is - hope you get a chance.

Your kids are adorable.....I want to squeeze Kole's thighs also...and just give him a hug...So lovable....I do not know how you stay at home moms do it. My husband is a stay at home father and he is exhausted but wonderful...He always seems to have dinner made, house cleaned but clothes NOT put away. They are all over the couch. lol...Today 2 of our 3 started school so it was weird for him to be home with our 4 year old. It will get better when your girls are at school. Keep up the good work.

P.S. About organization...How does your garage look. Ours looks like if we were hoarders...lol...all bc of my husband...Right now we are purging or at least he is since i do not hold on to things at all. But i just wonder since you are also reorganizing ...do you have a organized garage?

Thanks,
Queen April

Dear Queen April,

Erin's garage is immaculate! She even has this plastic container thingy with little drawers that hold nails and screws and stuff and the drawers are labeled. No.Joke.

Love you Erin!

It was so fun to see you tonight.

I just love the look on Kole's face as he stares up at his two adoring sisters in that one photo. You can just see how much the girls love their baby brother. So sweet :)
